He had a full and rewarding career in Spanair, the second largest Airline in Spain for over 20 years, holding training positions in the MD80 fleet as Type Rating Examiner (TRE) and Line Training Captain (LTC), and set the basis of Spanair’s Crew Resource Management Program. He also held managerial positions and, in 2001 was nominated Flight Crew Training Post Holder and developed what it was the first TRTO in Spain, being it's first Head of Training.
In April 2010 he left Spanair to join Spring Airlines as an A320 Captain based in Shanghai, China and have been flying for Spring Airlines ever since.
In March 2012 he founded PilotMovers, probably the best agency in Asia holding over 17% of the total China market in just it's first four years. In 2017 he was nominated Spring Airlines Bangkok Captain.

Chief Operating Officer.
Responsible for the daily operations of the company. As a sports lover and a triathlete he likes to transmit the values acquired during years of competition and bring them to the business and the team to offer their best to our customers: inspiring leadership, open to a constant self-improvement and development.
His objective: To turn PilotMovers into a unique team transferring Sportsmanship to business management to reach a high standard of accuracy and in-time responses to support every need in a pilot's life. Control, review and coordination of the business units around the world in a daily basis. Implementing and designing operations focussed in excellence through the promotion of our company culture and vision.
Head of operations in China.
Responsible for overseeing the daily Chinese operations of the company. Her task is to liaise between the client airlines and pilots. She provides a high standard of pilot support during initial screening and training. She also supports pilots during their ongoing employment with the client airline. Over the past five years she has become very familiar with the recruitment and training processes of the various airlines here in China.
She updates and check day by day data within the IT systems and reports in order to meet the needs of the CEO and the COO. She understands changing environments and likes challenges.

Support the Captains for all the related screening arrangement from the moment the Captains set foot in China and all the assistance during their working period in China. She speaks Chinese, English and learning Spanish at the moment.
She handles the collection of documentation and the delivey of the relevant study material. She prepares the arrival of the candidates for the screening process in China, coordinating with the airlines the sending of an invitation letter, hotel reservations and plane tickets.
She receives the candidates in China. Picking them up at the airport, accompanying to the registration at the hotel and delivery of the necessary material or information for a pleasant stay during the process. She coordinates with the airline the reception of the screening schedule and organizes and manages the entire selection process, medical check support, ATPL and CAAC sim verification.
